Highly recommend this company their knowledge and customer service was outstanding. I bought a used table and had them move it and re-felt it. Pricing was more cost effective then any other company I called. The two gentleman that came out to move the table were very professional and knowledgeable. I was interested in buying a used table and knew nothing about how moving a pool table worked so I reached out to a friend and her husband who play on a league. They recommended Bruce at Classic Home Billiards. Another friend also recommended another professional. I spoke to the other professional and he seemed kinda blah about doing the job which turned me off like the work I was asking was more work then he wanted to put in. Bruce returned my call and gave me a quote and explained more in detail of what all goes into moving a pool table. I found one and sent him a picture because all I knew was if it was a Gandy or a Brunswick etc. He could tell by the picture roughly how old the table was and if it was a decent table. Keep in mind that I knew nothing about if a rail was good or if cloth could be reused and Bruce quoted me for everything so I knew what I was walking into ahead of time. Bruce also ordered new Simonis cloth for me in case the cloth needed to be replaced but was not going to hold me to the cost unless I used it. Long story short I found a table, scheduled the dissemble and reassemble and it went smoothly. I was able to watch as they reassembled the table including leveling, felt and new rails. Bruce and his helper Armani were professional, courteous, fair and just great to work with. When I started to look for a table all I knew was what I wanted in a pool table. Today was the first time I've ever needed help from a billiards company because this is my first pool table and it needed to be re covered, after a few phone calls to other places and someone giving me the number to these guys I got lucky, not only were they less expensive than the other guys, Bruce was very nice and communicated well with me on choices and arrival times and even helped me find parts online for this old coin op table, if you are looking for any kind of service or sales these are the only guys in town I would ever call!

What great customer service! I decided very quickly I wanted a pool table and wanted ASAP for a party this Saturday. I called a few places but definitely found Classic Home Billiards to have the best value, AND they were able to squeeze me into their delivery schedule for the weekend. Within two days they came and did the setup! I wasn't home while it was done, but when I walked down to the basement it looks fantastic and they cleaned up and took all the boxes away. even helped me decide where the table would best fit the room. Hired to move and refelt a table. Theses guys moved from an up stairs location to at my upstairs location. They provided unexpected services by touching up my pockets and wood prior to delivering the felted bumpers. They set up my table on carpet and came back 5 days later to relevel the table to assure proper settling on the carpet. I contacted Classic Home Billiards Service to get my pool table serviced. I needed the cloth and pockets replaced and the pool table moved slightly so that a rug could be fitted underneath. They promptly replied and provided a quote over e-mail. Their prices were very reasonable and they were very professional. They arrived on time to my home and completed the job efficiently and properly. They were very honest with their pricing and services, instead of replacing all of the pockets he decided that only a few needed to be repaired.
