Would just like to say how happy my husband and I have been with the service received by Claire, Holly and All the team at Clarkes. We called and spoke to Claire to see if we could get a valuation of our property which was arranged very quickly and Claire came and was brilliant. Very impressed so far. Clare was honest and caring at valuation that we instructed her right there. There was no rush just genuine interested in helping us and understanding our situation. Only been two/three weeks and had lots of viewings all of wish we have been informed about even though they have keys and it's vacant and every viewing followed up too. One interested buyer already! Having had some issues with another estate agent I chose Clarke’s. When I met Claire I explained that I’d dropped the previous agents due to poor communication. Claire assured me that Clarke’s were different.They were. I was kept informed throughout. The agents gave an exceptional amount of time to prospective buyers unlike some agents who spend less than 10 minutes showing people around a property offering little chance of gaining insight into the possibilities it may offer. They say that moving house is as stressful as bereavement, or divorce. When I heard that my Mother was dying of cancer, this necessitated a quick sale ion 4a Sandbanks Road, in order to relocate to look after dear old Mum. Having bought and sold many properties over the last 40 years, via numerous estate agents, Clarkes truly excelled in their level of service. They arranged staff to attend every viewing, chased up the viewer to obtain feed back and when they identified a suitable buyer, they monitored the entire legal process, from the buyers affordability, through valuation and conveyance. My wife and I cannot praise Clarkes enough for seeing the job through. We were able to relocate back to Northern Ireland in time to look after Mum in her final months ,allowing her to remain in her own bungalow until the very end. I can't even begin to speak highly enough of Clarkes and all staff members involved in the sale of our flat, particularly Holly and Clare. We have had the year from hell, with two buyers pulling out on us at the last minute and an unreasonable estate agent, who would not release us from an unfair contract that paused when the house was under offer and prevented us from switching agents. 9 months on, following a chance call from Clarkes our fortunes finally turned around and they found us a buyer within a week and we finally moved yesterday. We hadn't sold a property in about 10 years and when considering selling our house, things had changed so much what with all the 'budget type do it yourself' services available and strong competition amongst agents. Clarkes Estate Agent 's team are very professional in all aspects of their business functions. For example, they make regular contacts with me regarding the sales and property management. They are always polite and informative of any problems. They have managed all the HMO compliance and liaise with the Council on my behalf. I would not have achieved all that on my own.
