Just finished my 6 week challenge with Clarke’s Fitness and it was fantastic. Conor and the guys give so much encouragement and the gym has a very friendly atmosphere which helps to make you feel relaxed and get involved with the training also the nutrition advice makes it so much easier to plan you food for best results. Defo 10 out 10.

Just completed the 6 week challenge at the gym. I always struggled to get results doing my personal diet and exercise routine and hated the sight of the gym but since I started the challenge Conor and the rest of the team made me feel welcome the minute I walked through the door. Conor and the team were always on hand to provide excellent nutrition advice with the help of cookbooks,recipe books etc. Everything was tailored to the needs of the individual and they were always there to push you in the sessions to achieve the results. I have just finished a 6 week course in Clarke Fitness and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I have gotten into a rut and this last 6 week's was exactly what I needed to snap me out of it. I've lost weight, I've lost body fat, I've lost inches, but more importantly I've built muscle, grown more confident, feel stronger, feel fresher, sleep better and have found some much needed 'me time'.Life is busy with work and a toddler but I can't stress the benefits I've found of finding room to spend some time on myself, taking control of my diet and getting stronger every week.The guys in the gym are so supportive and are there to help you get the best out of each session and keep you on track when away from the gym.Looking forward to setting (and hopefully hitting) my new targets for the next 6 weeks! Just finished the 6 week challenge and the results speak for themselves. The weight I've dropped and my fitness levels are great. Could'nt have done it without these guys. I signed up to the 6 week challenge without really knowing anything about gyms or how the challenge would work. It’s fair to say I had a degree of anxiety about the whole thing.. I needn’t have worried.Conor and the guys at Clarke Fitness made me feel welcome from the minute I walked through the door. They’ve been incredibly supportive through the whole process.The nutrition plan is superb, easy to follow and most importantly it’s tasty! The sessions are tailored to your abilities and your goals and there’s a really friendly and genuine atmosphere within the gym itself.Honestly I can’t recommend Clarke Fitness enough, they’re consummate professionals, with a real passion for your health and I can guarantee you won’t regret signing up, I know I don’t!Better than that.. these guys get results! I joined Clarke Fitness three months ago. During this time I have followed the training programmes to help increase my fitness and lose weight. I monitored my diet and followed the exercise plan the instructors set up for me. I now am fitter and can see the benefits of attending this gym. I would definitely recommend Clarke Fitness, the guys are patient and nothing is too much trouble, they are always on hand to explain any questions and give advice when needed and with me that is quit often, so thanks everyone I really appreciate your dedication and commitment to running a first class gym it has really paid off. At half way point last Friday, I had lost 4 kilos, 4 inches from stomach and 3.5 inches from my hips. What more can I say? Also they have a large punch bag which you can pummel in place of giving Ronan a clout for all the punishment he puts you through. Great discipline and I am glad I took Ronan's advice to join the early morning group. He predicted that I wouldn't complete an evening routine. He is right, I probably would have found all sorts of excuses not to attend. My fitness levels, body strength, posture and general well being have increased immensely. 2 more weeks to go. Everyone should give it a go. Tough but enjoyable even being the only man among 10 lovely ladies!!! More...

I am currently half way through my second R30 wave and can say nothing only positive things about the programme, clarke fitness and all the coaches! I was a bit apprehensive about starting the gym but from day one I was made feel at ease, there is a great atmosphere in the gym and no one looks down there nose at you like I have seen in other gyms! The coaches push you to the limit but after it I feel great, I would recommend the programme to anyone no matter what level of fitness! I have seen great results in myself and the others on the programme! To anyone that is reading this and thinking awk I don't know I couldn't do that or sure that's not for me, all I can say is if you do it you won't regret it, its a great programme and if you are willing to work hard you will get the results!! Having participated in 2 waves of the fantastic R30 program I now attend the 6am SSC class on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
For me the SSC is an enjoyable way to maintain my weight loss and also a great way to keep improving my strength and fitness levels.
Classes can be tough but group camaraderie gets everyone through and Pete our coach- what can I say- they broke the mould with that one �
Would highly recommend this class!

What an experience I had in this gym, great atmosphere, great people. CLARKE Fitness Team makes it more enjoyable, especially with Ronan Clarke who was unreal help with nutrition and this vase experience in sports and other area's that were key to making me want to get better. The main changing point for me was when I started the A12, (amazing 12) i was looking ridiculous result in short space of time, and "I got that" after just couple of weeks I could see the results. I only done 7 weeks but results were crazy, nothing I could imagine and nothing like I thought I'd ever look like. Big thanks to Conor highly recommend him, his professional, commented to your cause, enthusiastic and the knowledge he has is crazy, I was like how he know this stuff. It's the best thing I've ever done. Going to complete the 12 weeks next time BUZZING���

I never was a gym person and never thought I would enjoy a programme as much as I've enjoyed the R30. The staff in Clarke fitness are excellent and constantly push you to your limit. I can't recommend this gym highly enough. They push you outside your comfort zone and make you feel good about yourself. I can't wait to see what's next when I finish the R30. More...

Just completed week 5 of A12 programme.Committed myself to start after reading a review here about getting off the fence (SC) and seeing the results of what you can achieve.Any fears I had at my age and level of fitness where soon overcome with all the staff and other members motivated,friendly and striving to get me to do my best.
The benefits and changes from the training and following the nutritional plan I have felt already has improved greatly both my physical and mental health.
I enjoy what I am doing and if you like me where on that fence,driving past Ballycrummy each day I am glad I took that jump.

Just completed my first wave of the R30 programme!! All I can say is that I highly recommend this programme. Ronan, and all the team are highly professional and are first class in the gym, from advise on diet plan to motivating you on the daily morning visits they really are outstanding! Anyone who asked me about the programme I told them I loved it, early starts no bother as used to getting up at that time anyway but your body clock gets used to it! Very pleased with the results as I couldn't have achieved the results myself in the 6 weeks, and now ready for the next wave, bring it on!Thanks again to all the team at clarkes gym, me is ready for more torture on Monday morning! After just completed Clarke Fittness (A12) program, I can’t recommend it high enough. From start to finish the support I received from technique to nutrition was fantastic. Finishing the course not only did I get fantastic results with 9kg off, improved strength, a lot fitter and just as important knowing what’s foods to eat. It has given me more confidence outside of the gym and drive to go back to enjoying training whilst making good friends along the way.

I have been attending PT sessions with Ronan at Clarke Fitness for the past two years and cannot recommend this gym highly enough for all your health and fitness needs. Any health or fitness goals I have had the past 2 years I have been able to smash and surpass with the professional help of Ronan. Looking forward to new and bigger challenges in the new year with the support of the Clarke Fitness team.
I have just completed the Amazing 12 programme and the results have been amazing. It is a tough programme but once you dedicate yourself to the training and nutrition plan and start to see the results you will be hooked. Supported by a top class coaching team throughout the programme ensured the desired results where achieved as required along with a bit of banter and craic along the way. Just finished the A12 Fitness programand it was a challenge I set myself did't know what to expected,but got to say it was enjoyable don't get me wrong it was hard work but well worth it,around 12kg weight drop,muscle build up great inprovement in strenght and over all fitness.The team at Clarke Fitness could not do enough to help and encourage us all, only a text away at anytime if help was needed,all nutrition advice freely giving.Over all a great experience and if anyone is thinking about getting a bit or a lot fitter Clarke's is the place to go.? Excellent variety of fitness programs available at this gym to suit all needs and goals. Personally I’ve just finished the A12 programme and would highly recommend this to anyone as the results this course can deliver are phenomenal, plus what you learn about health, nutrition and good eating habits is unreal which will give you the opportunity to be able to develop your own healthy eating plan which suits your own lifestyle, as what suited me may not necessarily suit the next person. Then there’s the training all delivered by professional fitness instructors which makes the training very enjoyable. Anyone who would be thinking of trying this course I would 100% recommend you at least make the call. I’ve just finished the a12 program here and to honest I had never heard about a12 before until I came across on Facebook,so I filled in the forms that where attached to the Facebook page and from there everything just clicked into place so I decided to go along and take a look for myself. The night I went in I meet Conor and Ronan doing their coaching and they couldn’t have been more helpful and encouraging,they took away all my nerves and fears straight away. The a12 programme itself was one of the most enjoyable and toughest things I’ve done and something that gives you great satisfaction to look back and say I done that ,if anyone is thinking about any of these courses don’t hesitate you won’t regret it just do it , your body and mind will thank in the weeks ahead. Clarke Fitness is a superb gym with fantastic knowledgeable coaches who will cater to your every health and fitness needs. I recently completed the Amazing 12 Transformation programme and could not highly recommend it enough. This programme consisted of a dedicated weight and cardio programme that was further complemented with a 3 phase nutrition plan to ensure I met my overall goal of being the strongest and leanest I have ever been. The highly knowledgeable and friendly coaches provide much needed support throughout all my training sessions and ensure that I am completing all training sessions to the best of my ability.

By far the best Gym in Armagh. Not to often people can say they love their job, but in an environment like this, it would be hard not to.
