PROJECT DETAILS Ouch First Aid is a Manchester-based startup providing HSE accredited first aid training services. Clarity was instructed to design, construct and host Ouch’s new website, to reflect the business’s vision, values and target market. Clarity’s commission also included the design of Ouch’s new logo, as well as social media training. To drive the client’s growth from launch, Clarity also built and implemented a digital lead generation system, which included a website-integrated autoresponder and automated email campaign.
