Had Gutters, Fascia's and Windows replaced. No problem with Gutters & Fascia's. Windows delayed as told one had broken glass & they were waiting for replacement. When they did eventually arrive, Installers found two were still broken & one had scratched glass. Two broken windows replaced after much chasing but left with scratched unit. Sales Guy & Installers were fine, but the management - that's another story. No Guarantee paperwork received for anything. DO NOT TOUCH More...

Shocking service first they turn and start swearing at the front of my property as they are annoyed they cannot get there ladder through to the back of my property to fit the facia boards and guttering which should have been looked at when they surveyed my property. On there next visit they turn up with the correct door wrong glass and missing part of my order and no one knows what my order is so I have to look it up for them. Then they turn up about two weeks later with the correct glass and wrong door knocker they still don't know what we ordered. I have had no courtesy calls and hardly any contact. It's now about two months later still no door knocker so I call them only to find they have apparently had difficulty getting the right one why sell it to me then and to top is off all I get is an apology. Clarity did a great job replacing the fascia’s, soffits and gutters on our house. They arrived when they said they would, the fitters were extremely professional and polite. Above all they even let me change the soffits that were going to be fitted before starting the job. That really stood out to me as I don’t think may companies would let you do that.Additionally, they cleaned up any mess at the end of every day. At the end of the job I noticed one of the fitters checking over everything to make sure everything was correct and clean. His attention to detail and the pride he took in his work stood my mind at rest throughout the fitting process.Overall, I was very impressed and would thoroughly recommend Clarity.
