Looking forward, we will identify what “success” would look like. By exploring your skills, strengths, values and motivations, we will identify together the opportunities that will work best for you. Career Coaching will help you to put a plan in place to move yourself forward towards your ideal career.

Career Coaching Programmes usually comprise 5 hours of coaching (1x 2hr plus 3 x 1hr sessions) and are carried out every 2 weeks over a 2-3 month period. Coaching can be done by Face-to-Face (coaching space is located in Castletroy, Co. Limerick) or by telephone / Skype / Zoom.
