Clara's Canning & Catering Company is a small, local, organic, farm sourced high end business that can provide accomodations ranging in dinners for an intimate few to events maxing around two hundred guests. Chef Ona Lee Weatherford is Michelin star kitchen trained, as well as in the homes and private parties of the well known. We preserve, pickle, and ferment our own line of products as well.
