Driver rang front door bell once and the time it took me to answer, within 60 seconds he had already gone and just handed delivery over to a complete stranger in the building next door as I saw him walk away when the main entrance door was closed. When I asked him where the flowers where he said I could collect from flat in next door building I asked him why he had given my delivery to a complete stinger who does not know me? When the driver then went to the building next door and rang the flat buzzer, no one answered this time and when I tried 5 minutes later still no reply. So I have no flowers and when I rang Clapham flowers to complain I was given no apology just we are very busy and cannot wait for you to answer the door!!!! The customer service was appalling, no apology just excuses and blaming me for not answering the door immediately after only 1 ring on the door bell! Please avoid this company as there are plenty of other florist who do appreciate their customers unlike this one. More...

I ordered two wreaths from Clapham Flowers for a public memorial. My request was complicated as I required a particular logo incorporated within one of the wreaths. The staff and manager were friendly, extremely helpful and produced exactly what I required. Popped into this florist by chance as I needed a gift while on my way to visit family. Couldn't recommend enough, it was a busy weekend and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my order and recommend what would look best. Most shops would suggest the most expensive option to gain extra money but these lovely ladies were more intrested in creating the nicest arrangement/gift.Have recommended to family and will be popping back in next time I'm in the area.Thank you so much for all your help More...
