Why is it so important for businesses to hire a great accountant?
Attention to the financial status of any business is crucial if it is to succeed. Good financial planning is paramount, therefore you need to hire someone who understands why businesses succeed and fail and this often goes beyond the figures.
What do you love most about your job?
The freedom to choose my own hours and work around my family and caring responsibilities. The ability to care for me and put my needs first.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was a necessity for me because I wasn't able to meet the needs of my family while holding down a demanding and stressful job, working long hours. I love working but I also have caring responsibilities.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am quite particular about who I work with. I want to do a good job and be proud of my work, I am highly qualified and experienced in my chosen field but I am not always wanting to take on high stress jobs. So don't be surprised if I am quite happy to do jobs that are way below my capabilities - we all need to give our brain a rest sometimes, it doesn't mean I won't produce excellent work.
