How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I fully asses their ability and fitness levels before doing any session, find out about their fitness history and fitness goals in depth and create a personal and individual programme to cater to their goals. I also find out what exercises they like and don't like so that they can enjoy the workouts as much as they can.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people grow and become the best version of themselves, physically, mindfully and aesthetically.
