Never use this hairdressers made my mums hair a mess went into have highlights and dark bits put in come out copper and ginger instead told hairdresser and didn't want to even give back her money or put the job right. Rip off merchant. She don't do rough blowdrys she makes you go out with wet hair. What is the most disgusting is she even let a old lady out with wet hair what kind of hair dresser does that and what makes it worse its winter! My mum paid £145 for half a head which is more like the price of a full head to get a bulls up of a job I have enclosed pics for you folks to see what this so called amateur hairdresser done and what a mess it looked. 😡 clairs review is a classic I will upload the proof of the letter where she accused me of saying I will go in the f shop and tell her she hear a woman in the background saying this I wouldn't mind but I don't know who this was as I don't live with my mum and dad and there's only 3 of us infact I will take this further as this problem was only between her and my mum she got the hump because I wrote on Google for my mum of her experience with this armature hairdresser. As for a good will gesture of £55 that is not showing in my bank as again I can prove this no way it takes 7 days it should take max 3-5 days. I will be uploading for you folks to see the proof of this. She is such a armature at business she couldn't even ask my mum to go back in to solve the issue. Absolutely lovely lady. Haven't been to the salon in years so was embarrassed and lacking confidence after having a baby. She listened to what I wanted to achieve and it came out exactly how I imagined . Can't wait until my next appointment More...
