Tony and his team are results oriented. We got more leads in month one of our program with CYS than ever before. They're always split testing ad copy, keywords, landing pages, demographics, etc. Although my fitness club is in a highly competitive market, we're now averaging nearly 20 leads per week, at a very low cost-per-lead. And we're closing about 25 percent of them because they're so good. We never experienced anything like this in the past. My business partner and I started a marketing agency about 6 months ago with the vision of being one of the best, client-friendly agencies available. Because of the passion we had, we turned to Tony Chopp when we launched Google Adwords for our clients.

I was expecting good results and good communication from his part, but Tony has by FAR exceeded my expectations both in results, communication, and reporting.

Claim Your Space gets results. I own a fitness club, 5 Elements, in the incredibly competitive market of Costa Mesa, Calif. CYS got us more leads the first month of running ads than in any previous month. Now in month five, we're averaging 15 to 20 leads a week, at what I consider an insanely cheap cost-per-lead. We're running Facebook ads and Google AdWords, and everything is integrated with our front desk. Through constant split testing of keywords, ad copy, geography, demographics, and landing pages, the quality of our leads is so good that we're closing 20 to 30 percent of them. That's much better than we've ever done. By adding close-rate data to the analytics, CYS has helped us to know our real close-rate. It's forced us to look at our sales practices, and we've been able to smooth out the month-to-month sales spikes.

CYS is highly professional and organized. They provided us, a small business, with a customized program that fits what we need, rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. The first thing they did was set up analytics to measure the program and impose order and discipline on the whole process. CYS is a small agency with a highly personal touch.
