day 1.arrived at 10.30 not my idea of a prompt start very little work don e,just a few weeds removed with a screwdriver ! dy 2 . atheoy at it best but arrived 11 .15 knocked down a small wall which supported a side door it was built 4 inches in the wrong place charged £85 for this i had to replace frame and alter the door as wouldnt shut.day 3 raining so didnt attend. day 4 he had been given £450 for materials but sent a text asking for half the balance £685 no chance i could see i was on a hiding to nothing so looked for a replacement for him .he continued to ask for his balance owing i searched other builders was overpriced on every item.He accused me of deliberatley not wanting to pay him .I asked him for reciepts for materials which i still have .lets say discrepencies in abundance .i wouldnt recommend him to build a wendy house.his tools conisted of a bucket a lump hammer and a screwdriver.i would willingly pay for any materials i may have owed him .but he didnt seem to want to discuss this just want 500 or 600 pounds i owe is it 5 or 6 ? he has no idea a one huge unfuny joke I employed someone to rectify his dire work at expense.Id suggest he retrain for another career not as a airline pilot maybe tortoise training to walk.I strongly suggest you give this compay a wide berth .family run! as or the other abilities its farcical. shocking and dreadful.im awarding one star as unable to award minus 50

ps i dont think he has liability insurance because when asked by my neighbour about the damage to his fence he refused to give details of his insurers so the replacement builders had to repair the fence. More...

Booked a time & date for quote, txt me asking roughly what needed doing, which i replied to. Failed to turn up, a wasted afternoon for us. Unreliable, 😡
