Live out of town and looking for a florist?City view florist and gifts has beautiful arrangements and the BEST service!! !!! Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Auto correct had rearranged the last name on my order. I didn’t catch it, but the folks at Cityview did and after 3 attempts delivered the bouquet.I live in Kansas and need flowers delivered to Ft. I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered to the hospital where my mother was recovering from a fall. When City View arrived to deliver the flowers, my mom was gone! She had checked herself out early. I thought I would lose the money, as it certainly wasn't City View's fault that they couldn't make the delivery. I can’t even begin to express how happy I am with Cityview. I called them at 2pm today because I needed an arrangement for my 15th wedding anniversary, and needed it by 4pm. They made the most amazing arrangement I’ve ever seen, and totally on time. Its a work of art! I wish I could share a picture of the arrangement on this review. Thank you so much! Cityview Florist creates floral perfection. My aunt has been in a health care facility for two years and I send her a floral arrangement every month. I just happened across Cityview Florist by chance and am so glad I did. They have a huge selection of beautiful arrangements. I was in the floral business for over 20 years....and above all else you gotta believe that when a professional florist (out of the business) chooses a florist to use then they gotta be good! ! BRIDES and SPECIAL events...please read all the way down. I have known Holli, and Carlie, professionally for over 8 years! I find their work consistently surprising, a true design value, and current on many levels. There are ways that they have showed me extreme customer service that you rarely find anymore.1. They remember my preferences. I don't send white flowers except to funerals. (White is an absence of energy and "light" ) .They know I love a touch of curly willow and they are seasonally spot on. Fall colors in the Fall...not pinks and pastels. 2. Their designs and color combinations are so spot on!! When there are more than one arrangement and flowers or somewhere as a centerpiece your eyes are immediately drawn to a Cityview arrangement.3. I have called on Holli at the time of my brother's sudden death. And because I live in Austin, I could not make the family casket and standing sprays for our family. Of course I called my florist. Holli went right into "What do you need...I got this". I was not thinking totally clear and Holli's total concern was genuinely getting the things there I asked for. And I asked for specifics and related his personality to Holli. She was NOT concerned with the budget, or how are you gonna pay, or availability.  I ordered 3 major pieces and told her to do whatever level of expense she needed. The bill came in $200 less than I expected for the fantastic work that I received. Then the day before the funeral she called me, after store hours, to make sure I was pleased and asked if they could do anything else. (The quality of their florals are so premium that no refreshing was needed.)As I mentioned earlier...I was in the floral business for years. Started as a delivery driver and at one point owned my own shop. The hardest thing is for those special occasion when things go 100% right. The "mom and pop" florist is a dying business. Grocery stores and their cookie cutter mass bundled flowers are the WalMart of the industry for cheap. Holli and crew take it to heart and are sincere whenever ANYTHING goes wrong. Including if/when they make a mistake. Let's remember folks...these are still humans working hard...not a machine or the internet. I ordered flowers one time for my sisters birthday and told Carlie the wrong day of the week. They delivered and I called and said OMG I goofed up! But the flowers were gorgeous. THEY delivered another bouquet the next day and said something like "Day 2 even more love for you on your birthday".  I have seen their event and wedding work. It's current and not the same that so much of the work looks like today! What was the new and awesome yesterday...is a fad and typical today. I love the new styles and the European influence from Cityview!I am not gonna waste time on the gifts and cards and things I have bought and shopped. Go by and see what adventures await you. Carlie keeps an eye open for me Peanuts things for Christmas! I will be happy to speak up, and visit with anyone about Cityview! They came through for me today as well! Quickly and I find myself saying....Really? Already? WOW! I don't know how that boutique design store does the work it does! So many people depend on Holli and her design team. Received flowers in a square pink vase from this place, hand delivered by an employee who was very professional. Both the flowers and the arrangement were beautiful. Person who had them delivered to me said they called him the day of to say that they had to substitute a particular flower because they weren't perfect when they arrived at the store, giving me the impression they have high standards.I've also gotten flowers by the stem from them.
