Citystyle must be paying a lot of money for making only 5 star reviews to appear. I would not trust landlord's reviews, because all they care about is how to rip off tenants - leaving them in a property with awful conditions.
Walid is a very aggressive person and yes, landlords are very pleased with him because he does the extra mile when smells money in the air, but this is not even remotely the case with tenants...he is arrogant and constantly breaching tenants' privacy.

I have been with them for a while now and would highly recommend this agency. The staff went out of their way to help me find a suitable accommodation. I'm surprised to see low ratings. I have had experience with city style properties both as a tenant and as a landlord. infact i was initially a tenant when Walid Mhana had found a rental property for me. He and his team are extremely efficient and very hard working. whenever i had a problem like a broken boiler etc or any other problem, he would promptly reply back to me on phone and get things sorted very quickly. He has a very efficient team who would come and sort out all the issues.next i am writing my experience as a landlord. Walid has always impressed me as an agent. when all the other agents couldn't find any tenants for my property Walid could manage to fill all the rooms of my property very quickly within no time it has always been a hassle free experience for em. He always replies back to me or calls back me to fix all the ongoing maintenance issues in my property.
