Apartment was comfortable, clean and easy to stay in. All the City Relay employees were friendly and professional. Our family of four stayed in a lovely apartment on Holland Road in April 2018 and we really enjoyed staying in this clean and wonderfully situated apartment in London. The service was great and they attended to a sink problem we had and fixed it quickly. We absolutely loved staying there as it was walking distance to High Street Kensington as well as Shepherd's Bush. The bonus for us was being 200 steps away from one of the best Persian restaurants in town!!!!

I have given my flat to City Relay to manage since I am often away on business. I was able to generate substiantial revenues without the need of take care of anything or handle any tenants. The best thing about City Relay is that you get the hotel experience without actually being in a hotel!
