We understand that our people are our business and as a conscientious employer we always pay all our people above the national living wage, we don’t expect minimum standards and therefore we don’t pay minimum wage. We support our people through consistently providing the correct level of training, suitable equipment and regular communication through management visits. This approach is vital in ensuring you are delivered a consistently high standard of service. We are pro-active in completing regular onsite quality audits both scheduled and unscheduled to ensure we manage our service closely to ensure results that exceed your expectations.

As well as employing local people, we source our materials, products, equipment and professional services locally to support the local economy. We always recruit dedicated people specifically for each site and any cover cleaning is provided by people who have been inducted for your site and who are familiar with the building and its cleaning requirements. This means you will always have a consistent service delivered by cleaners who you know and trust.
