My puppy was near death, this place took her, calmed me down, and has kept me updated. Every time I call to check on Jo-Jo, Paige is so cheerful & encouraging, and Dr. Thomas doesn't hesitate to get on the phone with an update. Amazing!!! Such a caring and compassionate staff. We brought our young dog in for emergency surgery, and they put us at ease, and took wonderful care of our baby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dr. Thomas and his staff genuinely care about my pets. They are treated like spoiled royalty (just like home) and I am treated like the worried mother I am. Dr. Chet Thomas and staff are exceptional in every way.It's clear his greatest concern is the best interests of our animals, and that mantra is apparent through the tone and culture he's created with every single person connected to the practice. He gave our Sista'girl 3+ additional years of high quality life after extensive tumour removal. He's done it again recently with our sweet Lucy. Also, my friend's dog, Nimsey, just had a growth removed from her eye, in a complicated process. She's doing wonderfully and should have many good years of sight because of the corrective surgery. Very grateful to Dr. Thomas for making a house call to euthanize my beloved old fluffy black cat, a cat who was so frightened of The Outside that a vet trip would've been torture, even without his terminal sickness. Dr. Thomas was very compassionate in this horrible situation.One star off, but only because Dr. Thomas's voice is a bit loud and his touch a little too intense for skittish cats and dogs, so I can't recommend him for every situation. We have used Dr. Thomas for 12 years. There is not a better vet in the area who truly cares about your pets and you too. He also surrounds himself with top notch staff who really care too! This place is amazing! I was in the area working and found myself in a pickle. My dog just had surgery and I didn't want to leave him at home so I decided to take him to work with me since I'm in outside sales. The temperature rose quite a bit higher than the days before so I no longer felt comfortable leaving him in the car while on sales calls. They gladly took him in last minute for a couple hours while I worked even though he wasn't a regular patient. Highly recommend this establishment! More...
