Been using this company quite a lot for the past three years, sometimes taxis on a Friday take longer to arrive as most drivers go to Mosque, which I don’t find to be a problem, waiting a little longer doesn’t hurt. Taxis in most cases arrive in 5 minutes or less and I have never personally got a rude or disrespectful driver like most people on here claim. I find most drivers to be very chatty and polite and willing to make conversation. Maybe am just a likeable person? I tip all drivers even if it’s just 20p or a £1. I've used city taxis on three separate occasions for early morning trips to the train stations, despite all the terrible feedback on here which I had to ignore due to no other taxi firms being available.
Every time, the taxi always showed up exactly when booked and I found the drivers to all be friendly and polite.
Not a bad experience yet.

I've had to use taxis in the past few weeks as I can't get about very well. I was somewhat nervous about booking with City Taxis having seen some of these reviews. I have to say that whenever I've rung to book there's been a been a polite and pleasant person on the end of the phone and the drivers have been the same. I cannot thank city taxis enough , they came for me on time 5 o'clock in the morning to get me to my job, I used them 4 times , and I will be using them again, very polite gentleman that took me, sent a text to say they were on there way,.
