I reached out to Vernon to find a DJ for a 13th bday party. He was amazing to deal with; super responsive, very helpful and concerned with detail to make sure the vibe was right. Great service, highly recommend. We used City Nights for our daughter’s 9th birthday party. Around 30 children attended and our dj engaged them from the first minute with games and dance music. Had a great experience with City Nights Discos. Vern was fantastic getting everything booked and organised. Details and instructions of what was needed and when were clear and concise. Contact with him was always prompt and efficient. The DJ on the night Steve was great, turned up on time got everything up and running quickly without issues. Completely worked to my needs for the night. Played my tunes from my playlist mixing them well. It was a tough crowd to get dancing but he got us there. Dave recently DJ'd for our Civil Partnership Party and he did the most incredible job! He was friendly, played exactly what we wanted, and even when he was playing songs that weren't specifically on our playlist, the songs were very in keeping with the tone of our playlist, showing his experience within the industry. I have to be honest, I was worried as City Nights were much cheaper than other DJs... but my god! I would absolutely use them again. DJ Tony P was amazing. Great banter and instantly clocked on to our eclectic taste of music and...well...I have never danced so much in my life. He really helped to make our wedding day an incredible memory for all. unreal stuff. we used disco city nights and DJ Tony P for our festival theme wedding in july 2023. We werent going to have a DJ at all, but Tony P played at my sister in-laws wedding in April and we figured, yeah a DJ would be a great way to follow the live band and cap off the night. We used city nights for our daughters 10th Birthday. She wanted a UV neon race, Vern was from the moment of contacting him, we went for some additional UV lighting at a great price and it was definitely worth it. Our dj, Tony P, was brill and the set up was amazing. He did such a great job getting our rowdy bunch to interact and even play some games which they all really enjoyed too. The birthday girl hasn’t stopped smiling ☺️ The caretaker at the hall also said how amazing it all looked and said it was the best looking party they’ve had so great job in providing the wow factor. Held a Wedding in May 2023. They were great at adjusting to what was asked for and timings kept changing which they were helpful at changing with as well (i did let them know about all of this in advance) DJ was great on the night who took lighting into consideration with someone who has seizuresand found that perfect playlist for my guests! I found city night discos after the dj I had chosen for my wedding said he didn't have time to create a song mix for my first dance. I contacted Vern that then referred Tony to help me with the mix. I spoke with him over the phone and he was extremely happy and excited to create the song mix. I cancelled the first DJ and went ahead with city nights disco. The mix Tony created was great!
