I was absolutely and my wits end as I get married in 9 days and my dress was not sitting right. I fell in love with the dress that I had and no bridal shop in the west of England had it. I called city brides as my friend had given me a number of where my dress may be stocked. Juliet pushed heaven to earth to accommodate my need. And as Norwich is 10 hr round trip she made suggestion that in my state of mind ( which is not the best at the moment) I didn't even think of. Today is a lot better day thanks to Juliet and city brides. Words can not thank you enough thanks Sharron and all my family that have seen tears in the last. Wow what a FANTASTIC shop! I was so nervous to try on dresses but the staff here put me at ease and made my time in the shop a really fun an enjoyable experience. I cannot praise this shop enough!!!The selection of dresses is incredible, they really do have a style for everyone. The staff are amazing and made me feel very comfortable and helped me so much whilst searching for my perfect dress. Such a warm welcome every time I visited them throughout my fittings, they had so much time for me and didn’t rush me at all or try to push me out of the door with a dress I wasn’t 100% happy with.I went back today to return my hoops at what point they again had the time of day to speak with me about my wedding and what I’ve been up to since. Excellent customer service!!!I really cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me and I would 110% recommend them to anyone who hasn’t yet found their perfect wedding dress, you will not be disappointed! Was taken back when I went into this store other bridal shops had been rude about my size but this shop wasn't and there were larger sizes I was able to try on were other shops had made my friends try on the dresses as they were 10s and 12s! I was shocked at how confident the girls made me feel in my gown and especially shocked at the price of it they have really cheap budget gowns, middle end gowns and higher end gowns and I was able to try on all the prices in my size. In the end I brought my dress from City Brides and I'am ever so pleased with it thank you ever so much for being so warm and welcoming even tho I tried on this dress on a million times they always made time for me and I wasn't made to feel I had to book appointment.
