I called looking for floral printed banners services only They were so helpful and didn't try to up sell me( I purchased flowers elsewhere ).
When I went in, again very helpful and they printed both banners while I waited. Thank you again for being compassionate and professional at such a sensitive time.

Hired Citti's florist for our wedding June 2017. Our church would be ordering their flowers for our ceremony through them, and our venue had them as a preferred vendor;
so naturally we had to check them out. We worked with Adrianna from beginning to end.
We made an initial appointment to go over ideas, what we needed, etc. Very important to do your research before going in for your appointment so you have a general idea of what you envision for that special day. It will help Citti's understand your vision, and make it a smoother appointment. I took pictures, styles, colors, etc. I was prepared! A few months alter we scheduled a 2nd appointment to finalize order. Adrianna was great! Very open to our ideas, and very helpful in guiding us in our final decisions.
On the big day they arrived on time to drop off flowers and set up on their part. They were everything we had hoped for and more. We got so many compliments on the arrangements and bouquets. Citti's also gave me a recommendation as to where to go for preserving my bouquet. Thank you Citti's for making our wedding day so memorable!!!

Great flowers and people any problems they will gladly replace or fix at no cost i picked up something and a few flowers broke (my fault in the car) went back replaced at no cost and gave me a special box to hold the arrangement so it wouldnt happen again love them

Ordered a flower arrangement at around 10:30 and just an hour later it was already for pickup. They certainly did put some good effort in it and tried to make it look nice. The choice of flowers was great. All the flowers were freshly picked and had a nice scent. Customer service is really friendly and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I never wrote any comment, but this time I felt i should write one about this store. This is the nearest florist to my home, but I never tried to deal with them. I usually shop online, but this time I needed a special order, so I needed face to face talk. I always check the reviews about any new place I will go, and when I checked this store reviews I told myself that I will never deal with them. However, I went to few florists stores and none of them had what I wanted, so I decided to give them a try. The girls who work there are awesome. They are too friendly. Although I had to wait for few minutes, they apologized too many times. They did exactly what I wanted and the flower were fresh and awesome. I will definitely go back there and deal with them again.
