I recently moved into an apartment where the management refused to clean the carpets. After speaking to the previous tenants, I was informed that this had not been done before they moved in as well. So it had at least been 4+ years since this very worn, stained, filthy carpet had been cleaned. CitruSolution carpet cleaning service literally brought the whole apartment back to life. I have horrible allergies and hate dealing with carpet, but I would give them 10 stars if I could for the great job they did at cleaning, deodorizing, and removing the stains in the carpet. The mother-daughter duo were so professional and effective in going above and beyond to ensure that every inch of my carpet was clean. I definitely look forward to using their service again and highly recommend to others. Especially if you suffer from allergies living in the Nashville area, do yourself a favor and give them a try. Having a Mother in an assisted living is a challenge by itself for everyone, but when you need a little extra help with her carpets it was a blessing to find Citrusolution of Middle Tennessee. When you have an elderly person that has allergy sensitivities to harsh cleaning products and has to literally stay in that room for hours everyday, it is nice to know Citusolutions is organic and non-toxic. Doesn't affect her lungs, allergies and makes her space smell really clean.The staff was prompt, very professional and went the extra mile to move things around and and asked if there was anything else they could do for us before they left. CitruSolution's team did an amazing job on my dog-loved (and kid-loved) Berber carpet as well as my newer chenille tan sofa and throw pillows. ..which they actually cleaned by hand! My house smelled amazing and the carpet dried quickly. I love that they use a cleaner made from natural citrus.
