Getting Derek on the other end of a phone call eases ones mind when looking for the perfect arrangement. There is no doubt, our arrangement will look so stellar. My dad had me call and order an arrangement because what I had told him of Citrus Valley. I am done using other companies where I'm not sure what the flowers will look like. Very happy with this place!! After reading the reviews I had to go back to this place again. Im very happy that I did, very friendly staff Derek and Don was able to help me and deliver the roses asap! ! Went in there around 12:30 and was delivered before 1:00. Now that's what I call good service. I asked if they can deliver right away and they did. They did me a Hugh favor. They helped me out because I knew the family was there to receive them.
