Absolute disgrace of a company. Would never use again or recommend to anyone.
I agreed a price and time to pick me up from the train station, then whilst on the train home, 5 minutes before pick up I received a call to say they misquoted me and they could no longer pick me up unless I paid double the original price.
Unapologetic and did not care or have the honour to back their mistake (if it was a mistake). I had to source another taxi company and wait in the cold, late at night until the new company taxi arrived.
The whole attitude and customer service I received was despicable, a shocking way to run a business.
Please avoid this company like the plague.

I was let down by my regular taxi company and was desperate to reach airport found CINTRACKS on google and there service was the best not only they came right on time which was given to me but the cars was neat and clean and the drivers were very smartly dressed and well spoken helped me with my luggage as i had two year old with me .
