I create these contemporary, magazine style images of my clients how and with who they want to be photographed. My session fee includes hair and make-up, as well as help with styling and fully guided posing. I encourage my clients to bring someone in to be photographed with them and it's included in my session fee.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Connection! Having positive body language and expressions improves the whole feel of an image. Our brains can read body language even when we don't realize it. Having great light, composition, crop, and subject are all great too, Facial expression can "make-or-brake" a photograph.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
"How do you want to be photographed?" I always have lots of ideas, but if I fail to communicate this I lose an opportunity to take a photograph that is something really special to my client.
What do you love most about your job?
There are so many details that keep me working hard to always improve, but there is so much room for me to be creative and playful too. I love that I get to use my creative ideas to connect with others and make my client feel really awesome. People are my art and they are already made beautiful and I get to showcase them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love being creative and being my own boss. Working for myself allows me to focus on only the very best for my clients and not just the bottom line.

I put service first, my job is to capture their essence and show my clients their beauty.
