I heard good things about this place and was not disappointed. Ate a Mediterranean chicken wrap. Lots of crunchy veggies and chunks of chicken with a sauce that is different enough to be interesting. These two ladies bring their delicious food items to The Freight House Farmers Market every single weekend during the summer!
During my very first trip to this nice and cozy little restaurant I was delighted by the shrimp and grits! I was pleasantly surprised by the liberal use of vegetables and the wonderful flavor that they cook into their food! I also had the lemon line coconut water drink and was elated by how delicious the drink was considering the fact that I do not generally like coconut water. The ladies that run this place are very friendly and Incredibly helpful and will gladly answer any questions that you might have.
They open bright and early at 7 a.m. each day so that way people can stop on their way to work for a nutritious, prepackaged meal for lunch.
The ladies will also gladly accommodate any special dietary needs.
