I live just up the street and pass this place constantly finally decided to try it and they are a great place. I got the Jalisco burrito the other night as a to go order and it wasn't fixed right and they comped my meal and gave me a new one that's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars, other than that the food and service is great.

Always Speedy service second location it's closer to my home so I go there quite often. They're always quick there's plenty of parking easy to get to. I wish they had a bigger patio however, that's all right! They do change their menu items around to cater to the customers needs. They will change menu items out to make sure that they are offering what their customers want instead of having things on it menu that people don't order. I think the last time I was there they were able to make an order for me of something that was on their old menu without any hassle and I'll make sure to tip them well because they went above and beyond with their service. I would recommend if you're looking for a place that's relatively easy on the wallet as well as quick service wise stop by this place if you're in the area. Close to the DoubleTree hotels are off Richmond Road near the Kroger can easily be accessed from New Circle or Manowar. More...

We really enjoy this place. The food is great and I love the enchilada sauce. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a lot of TV's to watch sports while you eat. Plenty of room to accommodate larger parties. We have enjoyed all the daily specials. They can get pretty busy on $1.00 Taco Tuesday. They are now offering delivery via Door Dash. Gotta say this place has a special place in my heart. My friends and I would go here all the time because the vibe is so fun. They have great music playing which always makes the eating more fun. The staff is super friendly and understanding, once they got the order wrong but were super nice and fixed it right away. The food is your general mexican food you find around the United States, they have a nice flavor but there is no wow factor that gets me excited. I tried a lot of stuff on the menh and I have to say the chicken street tacos are my favorite, the chicken is cooked really well and they really stack your plate up. I have to say that you will definitely get your moneys worth here. Cinco De Mayo is just what I expected; basic Tex-mex food and drinks. You have your typical enchiladas/tacos/burritos/tamales with rice and beans, chips and salsa and some basic latino-style decorations and music. That said, I still really enjoy the place. whether alone or with others, I usually get seated quickly and place my order soon after. While their basic menu is predictable, there's no reason to stick just to what's safe. There's other great options, including fajitas, seafood and vegetarian options, and America-Mexican fusion.I go mostly for Taco Tuesday when beef or chicken tacos are $1 each all daily. They start you off with chips and salsa, and I usually get iced tea to drink. The tacos come loaded with your choice of meat, lettuce and cheese. I add some of their salsa and I'm good to go. This restaurant is located in the Richmond Rd Kroger shopping center. When I'm feeling a little Mexican food I usually go here and a few others spots in Lexington. This restaurant was excellent. I had mixed fajitas. Hot sauce was extra good. Carlos was my waiter and his service was great. I had a large and a small Margarita on the rock top shelf. Very little ice and a lot of alcohol and they was excellent, but I wish I would have struck with one because they kicked my butt. I was glad a had a motel down the road. This restaurant is the real deal. Excellent food. Super great service. I just wish I didn't hate Man O' War Place so badly. That whole area is a traffic accident wait by to happen. But, I'll gladly put my life on the line in that dreaded shopping center to get to Cinco de Mayo.First of all, the chips they bring out are perfectly sized. Not too thick that you're overcome with the corn flavor, and not too thin that they break on you. Seriously addicting with the salsa that has a two second spice delay. When that incredible flavor hits you, you immediately go back for another chip and another dip. One of the best chip and salsa combinations anywhere. I asked the server, who was phenomenal, what her favorite dish was. She immediately recommended the Molcajetes. I've never had it before, but I've seriously been missing out. It is an incredible meal of carne asada, chicken, shrimp, chorizo, and queso fresco served in this magical caldron of flavor. The server also advised that the meal was large enough for two, and I agree. It is so incredibly awesome.
