What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the challenge of entering a business, meeting new people and then helping them by delivering a solution that addresses their challenge.
I enjoy delivering solutions for clients that, in many cases, exceed their expectations, however, as an individual I enjoy details and learning, so each new client and project always presents an opportunity to learn something new!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I built my skills from being a Research Executive to Head of Department over 11 years but have always wanted to run my own business and serve sectors that would benefit from my capabilities. So whilst I have specialist automotive knowledge, I was aware that my research skills and capabilities are transferrable to any industry sector. As a result I setup CIH Research Ltd so that I could provide my breadth of soft/hard skills and, team and business management capabilities to the 3rd sector and Public sector, as well as the Private sector.

1. From a personal perspective: I care deeply about delivering high quality outcomes and deliverables for my clients and have a track record of successfully helping clients with their market research and business development needs in the automotive, chemical and data analysis industries.
2. I hold a PhD in Research Chemistry, I am a Certified Member of the Market Research Society, I am a qualified Change Management Practitioner and I am a Certified Scrum Product Owner. So you can be assured that I am a highly qualified and dedicated market research professional.
3. From a specialism perspective: I am a specialist in the automotive sector, especially TCO and the Aftermarket, and have extensive experience in delivering presentations, reports, analysis, datasets and advisory services to clients (from C-suite to product managers and data analysts). I am a highly experienced copywriter having written for, and provided comments to, many domestic and international publications. I am also a trained and experienced subject-matter expert for broadcast media, having being interviewed by CNBC, Bloomberg and Reuters on many occasions.
