Great environment ~ our waitress was polite and helpful in suggesting menu items although everything looked amazing! We waited approx 20mins for our food and no complaints as it was worth the wait. We had the beer flight great way to try a bit of a few things and kept us busy chatting about which ones we liked best. We decided to get married with only 12 days notice. Jennifer at Ciboulette said, "No problem". Gorgeous and delicious food for 70 people showed up promptly. My husband and I didn't get to try some of the appetizers as they were eaten as they came out of the oven before they got to the table. The cupcakes were absolutely incredible. Very cool hipster-ish coffee house with great food. I got the pork tacos but they had run out of pork that day. They had a steak on the menu and asked if I would mind if they used steak instead - of course not! They were amazing. I wish they were on the menu all the time so everyone could enjoy. Have eaten lunch here quite a few times... love the French Melt. Staff are super friendly...nice atmosphere. Can't comment on the beer as I don't drink but the Ginger Molasses Cookies are to die for.

II have eaten at Ciboulette three times since it re-opened - twice for lunch, once for dinner. My food was good all three times. I had bowls for lunch both times and we had the goat cheese dip (very good!) and I had the vegan tacos (with fried cauliflower) for dinner. I do like that there are several decent vegan and vegetarian options (not just the standard pasta or a veggie burger). Honestly, in the past, I have found Ciboulette a bit hit and miss with their food, but everything I have had at the new location has been really good so far. The biggest issue for them at the moment seems to be timing. The first time I went for lunch, they were very busy and it ended up taking almost two hours to get our lunch and desserts. The second time, we managed to order ahead and it was quick. For dinner, there were not a lot of people there, so I would have expected it to be much quicker. However, our appetizer took over 30 minutes to come out. Luckily, the timing between our appetizer and dinner seemed just right and we were catching up with friends, so not in a hurry. Still, I have spoken with several people and everyone has said the same thing - food is good, service is slow. It may be just the time it takes to prep and cook the food – I am not sure, but the end result: if you have the time, I recommend Ciboulette. If you’re in a hurry, I would consider going elsewhere (or maybe see if you can call ahead to order). More...
