We offer corporate and personal catering for all occasions for events of all sizes and budgets. We offer buffets or our food truck menu for you and your guest. Our menus consist of hand cut steaks, chicken, pork and sausages served with a South American flavors and homemade sauces to complement.

The Churrasco Grill Food Truck was on campus at the PBG location of PBSC and I had an excellent experience with them. Â As soon as I approached them they were very friendly and pleasant. Â I ordered the combo platter which comes with steak, chicken, sausage and pork loin and includes a side salad and choice of fries or rice and beans. Â I went with the rice and beans since I feel like I can get fries anywhere. Â I didn't have to wait long at all for the food the be prepared. Â I sat down to eat and the food was delicious! Â All of the meats were very tender and tasty. Â The chimichurri sauce was garlicky and so good! Â I liked the rice and black beans, too! Â This was a really yummy meal and it was only $10! Best tasting steak salad on a truck at Sunset Cove Amphitheater tonight in Boca Raton! Choice was overwhelming but I knew at first whiff, that whatever came from that counter, would be delish and they did not disappoint. Not a food truck regular but now a Churrasco Grill Food Truck follower! Awesome food. Delicious steak and fries. Great customer service also.... we got to the food truck invasion event late and while most of the other food trucks didnt want to  serve us because they were "closing", Churrasco Grill didnt mind making us some delicious food.

I love sandwiches, so when I planned to go to the Hollywood Arts park for food truck night, Churrasco Grill's steak sandwich was on my radar. I ordered the churrasco steak sandwich and chose rice and beans over french fries as my side. The sandwich was ready quickly and I really appreciated that they had to go containers as I was taking it home to share.The sandwich was delicious. The steak wasn't chewy and was topped with a mix of peppers and onions, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. It even came with a side of chimichurri sauce. I was impressed with the freshness of the veggies on the sandwich. I deducted a star mostly because I didn't like the rice and beans at all. It was yellow rice with red beans and I thought it was far too salty; however my brother loved them, so maybe my taste was a little off on that one.The staff here was very nice, and I thought the meal was a good value at $10 for the sandwich and a side. I love the Churrasco Grill!! it is great food and the family is super nice. this is the second time I have eaten at their truck at the Margate food truck event. I always get the #1 which is the currasco steak chivito .... mmmm so good! great service I waited in line yesterday for a while but i did not mind it knowing what was to come. What i would assume is the wife/mother gave me a free soda for waiting in the rain. If this truck is at any food event i travel to, i will eat their food! More...

I had the opportunity to spend the July 4th holiday at the Port St Lucie Food Truck festival and eat at Churrasco Grill. Â I had the sampler while my wife had the Taco. Â Both plates were delicious, the food was fresh, everything was excellent, 5 start restaurant quality. Â The truck seems to be ran and operated by a family, who are very attentive to their customers needs. What’s your signature dish?
Our hand cut filet steaks are the most popular; specialty for more formal events. Our steak and chicken skewers are also very in high demand.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I first listen and learn as much information from them about the event. I then tailor the menu based on their needs and budget. We also take into account any special diet restrictions that individual may have.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always loved cooking for my family and now I get to do this for others. It’s instant gratification to see people enjoy the food I prepared for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We started our business in 2012 after 18 years in the food and beverage business. After 18 years of working with restrictions , I felt it was time to start my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
I pride myself in using the best products available and keep our pricing reasonable by cutting our own steaks and other meats, rather than buying them precut. I am willing to work with anyone on their menu or budget restrictions.
