The salesman straight away said trust him for 25 years experiences to sort out the window leaking problem. Definitely he is a top salesman who know how to persuade his customer to pay for their service. Need to pay half of total amount of the job (£800). Afterward their staffs came to repair but they seem no idea how to fix it. The salesman then told me that he needed to leave and let his colleagues stayed here to sort out the problem. Before he left he asked me the address and then he put it on his mobile phone. Now i know he won't answer the call anymore as it shows that your address on his mobile and he knew you were his customer.
Still the window leaking problem not sort, call their company number and the lady receptionist said put the job on their list and no way to know how long they turn up.
After a month, their staff come to my house. They knew how previous company did the poor roof job. BU they said they only come to fix it not rebuild a new roof. £1600 only come to fixing. What a joke!!!! Staffs said company charged me that amount which is nothing do with them.
Must avoid this company. Further action is report to Trading Standard. More...

One of the worst experiences. Promises a lot of out of the gates. Does a makeshift job, but warrants nothing will happen. Then if you try and get a hold of him, he will give you a number of reasons on the personal front as well as those that his workers/sub-contractors don't listen . In the end, the work won't be done well. And you will not have any follow-up services unless you ring him constantly, from different numbers, and try and confront him. Wayne and his team recently fitted a new flat roof for me great service hassle-free

He was the first to respond and was here within two hours in the pouring rain. Also could do the work immediately. He was obviously experienced, and the problems he picked up (with his feet & eyes ! ) were later proved correct both photographically and on the floor when dismantled. Unfortunately my experience with Wayne's roofing company is less than impressive. I needed a ridge tile fitted and Wayne was eager and willing to do the job. In fact it was done the same day I spoke to him. But I wasn't happy with the job done as it looked like the tile was just placed and not fixed. I queried this and Wayne assured me he knew what he was doing and guaranteed his work for ten years. Two days later the ridge tile blew off again. Wayne promised to get it fixed the next day but didn't. Then he promised it would be fixed before the week was out. Again he didn't and the whole time the roof was open to rainwater ingress. I eventually did the job myself and asked Wayne for a refund due to his shoddy work. Nothing has been forthcoming and so I felt compelled to leave poor feedback. I paid Wayne £200 which I was happy to do because I wanted the job done quickly, but I expected it to be done properly.
