Mike Sevigny & his team has taken care of our law firm on our past few jobs. Â we needed some fast turn around and he sent me a couple orders within a couple days. Â the customer service is the best I've seen around, and we had previously used a couple other printers and now we are able to just go with them. Â we work with several vendors with other office needs and chromatic is by far the best and easiest to work with. costs are reasonable and communication is really quick as well. There are vendors that are simply vendors and then there are vendors who are actual partners and are an extension of your business. You can rarely find someone who has a vested interest in your work and can provide recommendations & value to what you are trying to achieve. I work closely with Keith who is personable, friendly, professional and gets things done! It is always a great pleasure working with him and I have never seen him stress--totally cool as a cucumber. We oftentimes are in a crunch and Keith and his team pull rabbits out of their hat each and every time. I can only say GOOD about this business. I am a Graphic/Web Designer and Photographer and have been working with several printers until now. ..but never had such an amazing experience with any of them like I had now with CHROMATIC INC!!! I called them yesterday and needed 250 brochures ASAP but I only was able to give them the files today after 10 AM and guess what...at 3:30 PM I had all brochures ready and folded!!! Love this print company that is oh so much more than a mere printer! I just printed a book with Chromatics and worked with Mike Seigney. Â First of all, he is absolutely accommodating and did whatever I asked to achieve the excellence envisioned for my book.
