Chroma Photobooth is amazing! I teach special ed at San Leandro High School and my fellow teacher and I wanted to have a special ed prom for our students. We reached out to businesses in the community to help with the prom and Jan was one of the people that responded. Jan donated the photobooth, backdrop, printed pictures and digital photos for the prom. Jan even provided an employee to help with the photobooth for the entire prom. Chroma Photobooth is AWESOME. Highly recommend working with them. I threw a private Christmas party, and had them set up their self serve photobooth. Jan and Daniel were extremely professional and friendly. The booth we had had this wonderful lighting that made everyone glow like angels. The photos could be texted/emailed directly to us, and even provided a link for all the party guests to see all the photos taken that night! Everyone had a blast! We've used Chroma for a few company parties and every experience has been fantastic. The customer service is top notch-- they work with you to address any and all comments and concerns prior to the event. Jan is THE MAN. Now enough about the man behind the camera, let's talk about that ring lighting. My word. I've never looked so good in my entire life as I did in front of that light and on that camera. I hired Chroma Photobooth for a recent event and look forward to working with them regularly in the future. They're very different from any other type of photobooth I've worked with and they're able to really customize the experience for you. Their full scale offerings are a bit out of my monthly budget but we were able to work together and within my budget for online only shareable photos and GIFs that get sent right to the subject's phone. It was a delight! There are a lot of "extras" with Chroma that add up, including adding a backdrop or props, or actually printing. We were able to keep costs down by using a cool graphic wall at the venue, bringing our own props, and opting for digital images over the actual print outs and Jan was so accommodating and understanding through the whole process. The whole set up is very high tech/low touch. Jan arrives before your event, sets everything up, hangs out for a bit to make sure it works, then once your event is over he comes back and packs it all up. You pay through an online invoice and fill out a brief but actually kind of fun run of show for your event with them. Jan even created a custom photo banner for our event based off very little information I gave him and it turned out exactly like what I wanted in my head. Oh my gosh, I can't say enough good things about Jan at Chroma Photobooths. I wanted a clean photobooth with black and white photos  and Choma was able to provide me EXACTLY what I was looking for. It was the biggest hit at the wedding! Everyone loved the photos and that they were printed out. It is an amazing keepsake for my wedding guests as well. I found Chroma Photobooth after hours of reviewing quotes from other vendors. They were well within our price range, were extremely responsive to questions, and made sure that we were on track to have a great experience at our wedding I recently got married at the Berkeley Brazilian Room. Chroma Photobooth came to our wedding venue, set up without hassle, and were very accommodating to the big parties that requested photos and prints. I was impressed that Jan from Chroma Photobooth was able to take elements from our wedding invitation and add the same designs to the photo prints. I had the pleasure in partnering with Chroma Photo Booth at our Sustainable Project event in Palo Alto last month. They were friendly, on-time, and the setup + takedown was very simple and efficient. We absolutely loved how they supported our zero waste concept with no printouts and offered our guests digital copies instead. We hired Chroma Photobooth to come to our wedding at the Brazilian Room in Berkeley where there did a fantastic job. Prior to the event they worked with us to come up with a design for the collage prints that matched our wedding theme. They were very easy to work with and made sure that we had a quality design. The Chroma team worked well with our wedding coordinators. They showed up on time, setup the photobooth without problems, and the operator was awesome. A few times we had some big group photos and the operator was happy to print out as many copies as we wanted. On top of all that, the quality of the photos was way better than I expected and they brought a fantastic backdrop. Overall, the experience with Chroma was excellent. It's been over 2 years since Chroma Photobooth launch. I've seen it grown into bigger and brighter things such as their new product, the digital booth, that does boomerangs & pictures with filters + the lighting is amazing. You can get your picture/boomerang right away through email or text. (I love how I can save it through an IG download to share it on my social media) This product doesn't need a power outlet so you can bring it anywhere - I had my personal experience, it was at the beach. It was really enjoyable and easy to use. They're always coming out with amazing custom props & their website been up to date. We hired Chroma Photo Booth for a wedding and their team is amazing, we received lots of compliments from guests and the photos came out beautiful. Celebrating my daughter's Princess Cinderella birthday theme was a blast because Jan together with his crew had a big part in making her birthday memorable. He's very accommodating and friendly for he makes sure you'll be a satisfied, happy client. Even if it's a last-minute arrangement which is less than 12 hours deal, he'll make sure you'll be delighted with his works from templates, backdrops, props and photos. I feel like this company reflects the Bay Area. I've watched this company grow from its beginnings and I can confidently say that it lives up to all of its reviews. I'm very familiar with the way the ceo and his workers organize their job; they are on time, they provide great quality party photos, and they're extremely professional. You wont find better props or prettier backdrops with other photobooth services. As a matter of fact, many of the other party photobooth services that I've used don't even seem like they want to be at the parties they're employed at. Jan is never like that! BEST WEDDING DECISION I MADE!I am soooo happy I found Chroma Photobooth! They were so much fun to work with. I mostly worked with Jan and right from the start we was so energetic and excited about being part of our big day! The main thing that drew me to Chroma Photobooth was the customer character drawing they could add to the photo strip. I sent in a picture of my husband and dog and described what my dress and Husbands tux looked like, they they drew it perfectly! Better than I imagined! Our dog was a big part of our wedding so that right there was just the best! The next thing that drew me towards Chroma was their awesome/custom props they offer. They aren't cheap/flimsy paper props or the cheesy props you see everywhere, they are very sturdy, detailed and beautifully designed. Jan worked very closely to help me customize my props to go with my Lake Tahoe wedding. Because my wedding was going to be in South Lake Tahoe, I had a million questions about the logistics of travel and set-up on the day of and Jan had ALL the answers. We must have emailed each other back and forth a million times before the big day and Jan always answered promptly. I even called him the night before the wedding to see if I could change the set-up time and length of time they would be there and he had no problem with it.At the wedding he and his team were well dressed and very professional! they were right there to help my guests do their pics and made sure they all got prints. Then at the end, they sent me a copy of all the photos! It was great. Jan and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with and I will definitely be using them again for my photobooth needs!!
