Christopher helped us decide how to place our building after St Ignatius asked us to move to build their Breen Performing Arts Center!
We received important information from Chris as to how best to place our building after the move! His insight as to its placement on Lorain Ave provided a safer location than at the sidewalk! We are thrilled that Chris had the suggestion to create this land barrier that protects our home from the street noises and congestion!

I asked for a double porch on the back of my house because I knew I wanted an outdoor space off my dining room and to be able to sleep outside in the summer on the upper floor. I had no other ideas than that! Christopher@Architects LLC came up with a beautiful design at just the right level of detail and elegance. From the first visit, he was professional and patient and really took the time to get to know what we were looking for and to figure out how we could accomplish our goal of an open floor plan. Each interaction with Chris was productive and he was up to taking on the challenge of updating our unique layout. Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
To convert a loft, here is an overview of the process: procurement of space, design of space with the architect, creation of construction documents for permit and to bid out to a general contractor, negotiate a price with the general contractor, have the architect observe the construction while being your advocate, and then move in!
