What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy helping and supprting people to fulfil their potential by exploring possibilities, setting achievable targets and meeting their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Following a successful career in property development, I realised that I particularly enjoyed staff management and performance coaching aspects of my job ,and seeing people grow in their own careers. I retrained as a life coach and started my coaching business to enable me to employ these techniques to help people in any area of their life which they want to improve.

I am empathetic but also clear that agreeing clear goals and supporting clients to achieve those goals is key to their success. I have International Coaching Alliance Coaching Certificate accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
