Hi I'm Christine, a Registered Dietitian and Personal trainer. I specialise in clinical nutrition, sports, fitness, health, and weight management.
As a registered Dietitian I provide expert nutrition guidance, therapeutic diet plans for sports, fitness, weight loss and specific nutritional conditions such as IBS, food allergies and intolerances.
My aim is to enable clients to fulfill their goals, I am passionate about behaviour change and empowerment. My clients learn how to balance a healthy diet, and incorporate exercise within their own lives. Through my career l have identified that for a lot of people, it is just little changes which are needed. Taking small manageable steps is the key to sustainable change. I know that going crazy with exercise and following a low calorie diet doesn't work long term.
I am a specialist weight management dietitian which means I am well equipped to help people looking to lose weight. Combine this with my personal training and fitness coaching and you have a winning combination.

I am a mobile personal trainer but I also use a private studio in Bowdon. You have the option to train in the studio, at your home (subject to distance) or outdoors (subject to distance. I provide all the equipment. I specialise in female fitness, fat loss, toning, strength gains, aerobic & HIIT.

Really love this boot camp very hard work but so worth it!!!! I am going to hopefully start coming twice a week when I pluck up the strength
Love this boot camp! I have only been going for a few weeks but I always feel so much better and have loads of energy when I'm finished. Great location, especially when it's outside, and good equipment. It's a really varied class and would suit all levels - you can push yourself as much as you want to and I can really feel it toning bits that haven't been toned before! Thanks Christine! More...
Was a bit apprehensive about my 2nd boot camp class tonight after my 1st boot camp class on Tue earlier this week.
Christine works you hard, shows modifications of an exercise so you have the option and can work at your pace, as we are not all at the same level. At the beginning I think I'm never going to last the full hour, then before I know it, it's time for the stretch/cool down. I'm now looking forward to next boot camp class on Monday evening.

Love the bootcamp classes! I was a little apprehensive at first but love feeling the burn the day after now. Would highly recommend to anyone around the area and would also recommend enquiring if looking for a PT as I can imagine from our experiences Christine is great! :)
Really friendly and not at all scary (which was my main worry before starting!). It's ladies only and a real mix of abilities so no-one feels out of place. No pretence or egos in sight and it surprised me how fun this kind of exercise can be! Would definitely recommend it to anyone! More...
I was a bit hesitant to go just reading “boot camp “. I thought it was going to be too hard for me. Then I sent a message to Christine to ask and she replied straight way to reassure me that I could start with my own abilities and then build up the strength.
