Christina is an amazing person to work with. She is very personable but also extremely professional. She took care of a small dinner party we had at our house. Leading up to my dinner, she work with me to create a menu that all my guests would enjoy. Everything was prepared on site and she also brought everything she would need for the night with her. She cooked, served and cleaned up, leaving my kitchen cleaner than before she arrived! And of course the food was amazing! We had the pleasure of having Christina work an event at our home. Not only was her food delicious but it was presented so well. All our guest raved about the food and how great everything tasted. She made the food not only delicious but fresh and some dishes hot. She came in and worked her magic in the kitchen and left the place spotless. Christina catered the food for a special milestone birthday that we hosted at our home in the Spring which was a huge success! She is the most wonderful person to deal with because of her expert advice and warm and bubbly personality. The food she prepared each had their own unique taste which you can tell was made with TLC. The pizza station was my favourite! From the moment she walked into our home Christina was courteous, organized, professional and truly caring. Christina catered a rehearsal cocktail party for us and it was truly fantastic! The delicious food was devoured by our guests and they all loved it - especially coming into the house and seeing the sushi boat (that she herself created). We also enjoyed desserts including mini tiramisu glasses. Not only was all the food amazing, but she cleaned up the kitchen and made a point to congratulate our Bride & Groom. We recently had a phenomenal experience with Christina and her company!We utilized her live pasta station service for our son’s birthday in our backyard - and boy was it a major hit! Every single guest was raving about the food she prepared and all the options that were available. We hired Christina in August (2019) to cater a family party that we were throwing at a rental venue. I had past experience with Christina through my place of work that had used her catering services. I knew her food was excellent as was her professionalism. However, she still managed to surprise me! She is so friendly and kind and her professionalism takes her service to the next level. Her food was even better than I remembered (which I didn't think was possible)! Part of our menu (which she customized for us) was her portable pizza oven. I cannot say enough about this service! She came on-site and made pizzas fresh right in front of all our guests! This pizza was amazing!!! Our guests raved about how amazing all the food was. Having Christina as our caterer really made our event. Food is an extremely important factor to our family and it takes a lot to meet the expectations. With Christina we greatly exceeded those expectations!!! We couldn't have made a better choice and were so happy with everything that Christina did for us!
