*Having over 16 years’ experience in EPCM through providing technical guidance and QA/QC support for procurement activities, technical bid evaluation, design reviews during FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation, commissioning and start-up stages of the project.
*Participate/witness in critical design review and testing of equipment/material and conclude failure root cause analysis of equipment/material
* NDT Methods Inspection and Painting & Welding Inspection of cross country pipeline
*Corrosion monitoring off and on-plot piping, flow lines and static equipments for onshore and offshore facilities.
*Preparation of Quality Plan, WPS, ITP and all QC related procedures.
*Internal and external inspection of Storage tank, Pressure vessel like De-aerator, Separator, Absorber, Stripper, Knock Out drum, Filters, Exchangers and Condensers.
*Inspection of Flare stack, Reformer tubes, Heater, Furnace and Offshore Rig legs, Hull structures for life assessment. Shut down inspection of Vessels, Columns, Storage Tanks, Strippers, Reactors, various exchangers & plant piping modification jobs.
