first time I used them everything went great, I have since tried to give them more work to no avail. I cant ever get a returned phone call or email. I have dropped by twice, no luck, still no call back. poor way to do business. I had a bad experience with Christensen's wood works. First of all the installers which included Gary were trying to close up the plumbing vent in order to install the counter top and kitchen sink, my wife and I did not think that was a good idea, so after doing a little research on the vent and asking a friend for advise, we insisted that they not close up this vent because it would affect the drainage of the dishwater, so they rerouted the plumbing of the vent. Now for some reason we keep getting water in one of the top kitchen drawers, we called and spoke to Gary and he said he would check his schedule and call me back, he never did. i tried to call him but he will not answer my calls I also left messages for him to call me and he hasn't called. Overall happy with results. The quality is good. I was spoiled with my last woodworker. He was probably the best around. Customers would wait for months/years to have him get stuff done. I am going to use them for my 4th project. Small mom / pop type shop, nice people. Little hard to get a hold of at times, but it is a mom and pop. I would recommend them just a little patience and be sure to take drawings of what you want. Most small places do not have a “project manager” so I like to go in prepped for any small business.
