Chris has given his time and advice for free as well as offering to assist with my home insurers.
He annotated pictures of the cracks in my house and clearly explained the process of subsidence that's damaging my property.
On sending a scan of the insurers engineer report he told me where it was wrong and possibly trying to mitigate any costs to my insurers.
At no point has Chris asked to be compensated for his time or knowledge and has even offered continual support through my claim for free.
I'll be reopening the claim and involving Chris in the process.
