“I have had the opportunity to apply Chris training regime since 2008. I had begun working with Chris with very little exercise activity in the past. Chris was motivational with recording my body weight and percentage of fat, daily goals and accomplishments. This greatly helped push my exercise activity through our three times a week sessions. Chris was very knowledgeable in every question I asked and was very easy to understand. I particularly liked that Chris would do some of the workouts with me that gave his workouts a friendly feel. Chris also included a low fat food schedule. By the end of the summer I had decreased my fat percentage by 13% and was in the best shape I had ever been in. I have seen Chris expanded his knowledge and technique since I have worked with him. Over the years loss over 80 pounds and I am at my lowest body percent of 18%. Chris is the only trainer that would work with me. I have a very rare disease called sarcoidosis, what casue me to be house bound, was not able to work or leave the house what caused me to gain weight over 400 pounds. The doctors gave me a couple of months to live with the lifestyle I was living. That when i decided to find someone that will help, i looked for a trainer for 2 months all the trainers that I contacted would turn me down intel i met with chris.Chris was willing to help me with a reasonable price and work with what he had to see me achieve my health goals. I've been working with chris for 5 years, at first he would come to my house 2 times a week and create a workout for me to handle at first it was hard. with in the first years chris got me moving and walking down the street I've and losing weight while controlling what I eat. It's been 5 years and i live a better healthy life, I've loss over 200 pounds with chris, i now can go out of the house I dont have to use my oxygen as much as I use to. I strongly recommend Chris as a personal trainer, he is one of the best I've had. His workouts are creative and challenging. I started working out with Chris in March of last year with my husband and we absolutely love it. Chris is always extremely thorough and professional, he manages to keep each workout fun and personalized, he certainly knows how to challenge and motivate you in the best ways! Not only that, but I am continually impressed with the wealth of knowledge chris has on body mechanics and how fine-tuned he is when it comes to each exercise — always ensuring you have the proper form to maximize your workout while also helping to prevent any possible injuries from improper form. Without a doubt, chris is the best and is highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their overall health, fitness, confidence. "I worked with Chris with in a year and six month period. The results are terrific: I met my goals of (1) losing 33 pounds; 2) building up my strength in my chest, arm and leg muscles; and (3) losing several inches off my waistline and hips. (4) helped me reduce pain with my double herniated disc. Chris is extremely detailed in his approach. He always has a plan for each workout and kept a record of everything we did. He takes measurements every two week so I am able to chart my progress. With the charts he did percent of weight loss, and percent of body fat loss. I worked with trainers in the pass and I never had a trainer do that. He asks me about my diet and encouraged me to eat healthily, and continually providing me with meal plans and suggestions.Chris is extremely committed to what he does. Chris really takes time to make sure you are working towards your goals. He motivates and keeps track of your progress along the way. My husband and I have been working with Chris since he started. He is very supportive, encouraging no matter the fitness level., he adapts everything to your capabilities. Chris is awesome. He makes you feel very comfortable and works well with all fitness levels. Chris is awesome and I always look forward to my workouts with him! ! he is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he is also positive, motivating and fun . Chris is one of a kind in this business. He pushes me harder than I would workout myself but not to the point of never wanting to come back. Chris really knows his stuff, he makes you feel comfort and aware of your body. Chris's workouts are always enjoyable mainly because there is so much variety, that it never gets boring.
