About

I specialise in Wedding photography and have what you could describe as a mixed style, incorporating documentary and creative photography. You've probably come across lots of photographers describing their style without any real explanation, so let me delve deeper.

Q&As

I absolutely love being able to get to know a couple and then spend the happiest day of their life with them. People don't really think about it until they're planning a wedding, but your photographer is the person you'll spend the most time with on the day, so it's really important you get on well with them. I haven't had a wedding yet where I haven't gained a couple of friends; although the actual work is still graft, I can't imagine a happier job!

I'd been taking photos for my own walls for a while and some photography friends asked whether I'd help out shooting weddings with them. I was hooked from day one, I knew I had to move across to fully engaging in Wedding Photography full time.

As well as getting a technically accomplished photographer (check out my portfolio https://goo.gl/SrIXnj) you're getting someone who's very calm and adaptable on the day to help you through it. To quote from some comments on facebook following a recent wedding - "not only did we get a photographer, but a nanny, maid, chauffeur, co-ordinator and friend" and "Chris ran about half a mile after the taxi had driven off with the flowers in his boot and caught him up...disater averted!"

You're also getting a second fully professional photographer as part of my package, not a trainee or assistant, this will really help get those candid shots of all at your wedding.
