I really like this place, 2nd time I have used them and both times on a Groupon deal with different cars.My car passed on the Groupon MOT only had advisories, so extremely happy. friendly polite people, yes I did have to take it in in the morning but as did not require car did not worry about the time. They are extremely busy so best to get booked in as early as poss. Will most defiantly use them again & again. More...

My car is 10yrs old but very well maintained. I used a groupon voucher to book an MOT (so was expecting them to try to find something wrong to bump their profits)But no, my car passed with no advisories. Very honest, polite and helpful. Super friendly, great speedy service and such great value for money - thoroughly recommend!I sometimes feel garages can sometimes be slightly daunting places for a female, and I've never felt anything other than completely comfortable taking my car in to them (unlike some other garages), which is such a huge bonus too!

I took my well kept 11 year old car there at 8:30 in the morning with somebody who dealt with me courteously. Although to me there is nothing wrong with the car I expected they might find something so that they could charge me more. At 11:00 I had a message left on my phone saying that it had passed with flying colours and with no advisories. When I picked it up I was dealt with by someone else who again was very pleasant and polite. Seem like a very honest auto centre and I will recommend them and will use them again. P.S. I have been going to the Chris Palmer garage for many years. In that time time Spence and his team have always been professional and friendly offering cost effective repairs and servicing. Like builders sometimes its difficult to find a garage to trust but Chris Palmers is the one I rely on. My wife , daughter and now son take their cars to Chris Palmers, as do work colleagues of whom I have recommended this excellent garage.
