Just had Chris and Brad pull up some ancient parquet flooring and replace this with wooden laminate. Superb work with real attention to detail around pipes and corners. They also installed my skirting and coving. Really impressive work and left the place neat and clean. I'm having them back to do our kitchen and living room on two weeks. Chris, fitted my flooring in my living room today, and did a excellent job in a fraction of time of my last fitters. He was friendly and cleaned as he went along, also shifted the pieces of furniture in the room. The flooring looks great in the light and in the dark, fitted very well, no gaps, or dodgy corners. I really liked the speed at which he worked, especially as I kept chatting to him lool but he's super friendly so hard not to. This is how it works.. You get the flooring you want, and we come and fit it. (we dont supply materials but it works out cheaper for you WITH NO HIDDEN COSTS)
Laminate floors are £100 per room to fit (without beading or skirting)
Engineered Hardwood floors (and "real wood top layer") are £200 per room to fit (without beading or skirting)
(a "room" can be up to 20 square metres)
Stairs can also be fitted in laminate, price varies - enquire for quote
Beading - £20 a room - 3 rooms £50
Door trimming - £10 a door (If required)
Skirting Board Installation - £100 a room
Please note specialist floors such as herringbone and bespoke designs will be more labor charges
Old carpets/flooring can be uplifted for £20 a room if needed, and we can arrange disposal from a registered and responsible waste management company for you, for extra charge, upon request.
Handyman & Property Maintenance jobs are also undertaken, from painting & decorating to putting up shelves, flat packs, wardrobes, drawers, curtains, blinds, baby gates, door locks, light switches/dimmers/plugs, TV wall brackets, wood/metal sheds, mirrors, electric cookers/hoods, coving, hanging doors, Floorboards, any job considered so if its not listed please feel free to ask
