What’s your signature dish?
I don't have any one particular cake I specialise in. My chocolate fudge drip cakes are however one of my most popular selling birthday/celebration cakes
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Regards creating a perfect cake for any customer I would ask questions as to preference of decoration, models and colour they prefer. Also I offer a good selection of sponge flavours which is another topic and where required samples can be ordered for a small cost which will be deducted from the total price of the cake.
What do you love most about your job?
I love making a blank canvas come alive . My job is very much like that of an artists who starts with a blank canvas gradually with detail the pic or in my case the cake comes to be a decorative items or at least pleasing to the eye
