I fulfilled my dream of buying a CB125R, I was in doubt weather it was worth buying a new bike versus a used bike as I do not know much about mechanics I opted for a new bike I did not want a used bike and ending up with the stress of the bike braking or having any issues.
A friend that owns the sabe bike recommended that I purchase my bike where he purchased his “Chiswick Honda”, despite this branch being an hour and a half from my house I followed his recommendation and purchased the CB125R from Chiswick Honda with the understanding that buying with Honda I have the guarantee of receiving quality service and maintenance on my bike, My friend attested that costumer service was fantastic, and I testified this with the sales team whom were fenomenal - Robert assisted me during all the steps of my purchase from my first visit to the day I collected my bike and this made me feel secure in my choice.
However my dream has turned into a nightmare- my bike came with a manufacturer problem - after putting the bike in neutral it does not go back to first gear, it catches the clutch only goes to first gear after pressing the clutch many times.
My friend who recommended Honda and owns the same bike I own advised me that Honda would look at this and fix it he recommended me to mention this on my first service , I was also informed by Honda that when I had my first service this would be looked at, resolving this issue indefinitely.
I took my bike to another authorised Honda in Wimbledon for my first service as the chiswick branch had no available appointments, I explained the small but very irritating problem and they explained to me that they “only do the service and any issues I had to consult the branch where I purchased the bike.” I thought this was odd as my bike is brand new but nonetheless i booked in at Chiswick and they said they were not able to find the problem they said they were able to ride and still there was no issue (even though i was there and saw that the bike did not leave the workstation at any moment to analyse this issue) I pleased explaining that though this seams like a small issue it is embarrasing in traffic, as every time I stop at a traffic light other drivers get impatient and honk at me nonstop because the bike wont change gears from neutral to first. They gave me “advice fit for a new rider” “simply be more aggressive in traffic, if they honk at you show your middle finger and cuss them out” to which I responded that I did not buy a brand new bike to have to go through these situations, however they said there was nothing the could do.
The problem continued to be an issue and the same friend that recommended honda Chiswick said I should insist to have this looked at as afterall this is why I PAID for a new bike for the peace of mind and its unacceptable that they refused to fix it. I even tried riding my friend’s bike to see if this is a trait of this bike in general and I could attest to the difference and see for myself that his bike does not have this issue. I took the bike to a mechanic of my trust for some advice based on the issue I have been having since purchasing the bike and he said that likely the mechanism inside the gear box is slightly in the wrong position and this is why it does not change gears smoothly, but he said he would not fix it himself as that would make me loose my guarantee from Honda. I called honda Chiswick once again, and i was told to take this bike over again for it to be checked. This was when i had the displeasure of meeting Mike Milton who is disrespectful, extremely rude and sarcastic. He assured my this was normal that he couldn’t re design the bike to please me, he repeated multiple times “what do you want me to say, you were here last week and the other guy said the same thing and now you are wasting my time and my mechanics time again, I have already said this is normal”
in summary if you are in doubt of where to buy your bike and weather it should be a new or used bike you should buy it used or DO NOT BUY AT HONDA CHISWICK you will pay a lot more on service (£85.00) just for an oil change which costs £20.00 at other mechanics, and they don’t fix problems with the bike. For the first time I must say it is not worth paying more for a new bike. I bought the bike from Honda to avoid headaches and have peace of mind that the bike would be at the hand of good mechanics if ever needed and now I know that this is not the case 👎🏻👎🏻

Just bought a new Civic from this dealership and I can honestly say that I was really impressed with the service that these guys provide. The salesman; Vito, was excellent, very attentive and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. They were not pushy and the whole process from start to finish was very professional. This is by far my best experience of purchasing a Honda,Tuesday morning walked on to forecourt and immediately saw the Civic I was after,year,model,colour,engine.
..everything I was looking for.
Kash the salesman turned up almost by magic and no sooner I was putting a deposit to secure the car,he made me feel really at ease and comfortable,no hard sales tactics here just a honest and sincere approach.

My own personal experience of Chiswick Honda London, I actually went to London to for an appointment at the Saudi Cultural office, however upon arrival the office was closed for lunch. So i was advised by one of the staff from to the office visit the coffee shop next door, which happen to be Chiswick Honda. I was not disappointed. We purchased our third car at Chiswick Honda just a couple of weeks ago. Like previously, we had a very pleasant experience. This was the second time we did business with Daniel Krebs and he was very professional and friendly, just like before. We requested visors to the windows and had to wait for them a few days. I had an appointment to have them fitted today. It was very busy even first in the morning. The car was ready in just a couple of hours. When the clerk handed over the key he said that the car was not washed because it would have taken extra time. It was a little disappointing because we did not mind waiting at all and this has always been the extra steps we received and we have kept coming back here for. We understand it was a very busy day but that does not make any excuses for the lack of attention to the customer service. Team very attentive to your needs and will provide great advice. A dealership looking to make a sale, however, very knowledgeable about their products (I looked at motorbikes, can't comment on car dealership). You also get to test drive the bikes - insurance covered by them and test drive bikes for an hour. You can test drive as many as needed and fully use this to your advantage when deciding on getting a bike. There is no pressure to buy and options are provided to you for finance if you'd prefer to pay monthly - again no pressure is put on you to buy then and there. Keep in mind this is still a dealership and they do want your money.. But one of the nicer ones I've been to. Worth a trip to Chiswick if you need a bike for your needs. More...

The dealership was run in a friendly and efficient manner leaving me feeling confident in my dealings with them.
If you are travelling from outside London, as I did, get the London Overground train to Gunnersbury, when you come out of the station you can see the dealership further down Chiswick High Road, junction for North Circular and M4 links are about 200 yards further past it. Very easy to get in and out of quickly. Big thumbs up to Chiswick Honda!

If you are looking for a friendly and helpful sales advisor then ask for Anthony John. He was very professional and did not push us at all at any point of the process. It was only due to his 5* customer service that we end up buying the car here. Anthony kept us informed about all the progress throughout until delivery and even my followup queries. Top sales man.

I would like to highlight a very valuable member, to say RIP to a very special man at Honda Chiswick. Jazz. He was the OEM Accredited Service Advisor.
He was the reason why i chose to stay at the Chiswick Branch as i come all the way from North London. I was on a very friendly level with Jazz, he was like family. I was absolutely devastated to hear about his death in my last visit on Saturday. I would be very grateful if you as a company put up a picture of Jazz in the Chiswick Branch or do something to show that Jazz is still kept in all of our hearts. He was a fantastic sales person and nobody can replace him ever. Again, Rest in Perfect Peace Jazz. I will truly miss you. My experience at Chiswick Honda will never ever be the same without Jazz, but i will still go to the Chiswick Branch in loving memory of Jazz :( xx
Leaving on a good note, i would also like to leave a review on someone in the company who took care of me in Chiswick when Jazz was gone.
The service at the Chiswick branch for Honda is amazing every time. Never have to wait too long, and i like the idea of having the cafeteria and the lounge for customers as a waiting area.
I dealt with Mark Evans. Mark was very friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. Nothing was too much for Mark to deal with. He put himself out well over our customer service expectations. He deserves a 5 star rating for the input he has put in to make me satisfied. Mark is definitely an asset to Honda, and deserves the best possible package there is. Well done Mark. Looking forward to the next visit in a couple of weeks!
