I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to say how impressed I have been with my treatment. I feel in safe hands for every session. Lewis is professional and informs me of how the treatment is progressing. I feel so much better with more movement in my neck and no headaches! Wonderful. I like the way an x ray was performed to see the problem in my neck as well as a scan.

I was referred to Dr Kingsnorth a year ago after having trouble with my neck.

My posture has improved a lot, I can do sports almost free of pain in the neck again, I have almost no pain being seated/standing for long periods of time and I feel stronger in general :-))

Being german I really appreciate the efficient time management there. Even at busy times I rarely had to wait for more than 5 minutes.

downsides:
It took a ton of appointements supported by even more hours with a movement therapist who was recommended by him and I spent around 250 hours and 8k pounds altogether (including travelling and exercising at home).

I can't recommend Chiropractic First highly enough. From being in constant pain and having to take painkillers around the clock to now being in a position where pain is infrequent is a miracle to me. I also now understand exactly what problems I have with my spine and what my limitations are - things that other medical professionals had never explored despite many visits to doctors and hospitals for scans, X-rays, physio etc. I was beginning to feel like a lost cause but Dr Lewis has been a Godsend and I can't thank him and the practice enough. Walking into the clinic and signing up for a course of treatments is possibly the best thing I've ever done for myself. I thought I was too young to have a back problem, but after my GP came up with nothing for my sore back, I saw Dr. Lewis Kingsnorth and along with his medical imaging he immediately diagnosed the issue and set me on a treatment program. I cannot believe the difference it has made and resolved a neck issue I did not think I had!
