Two days before the event, Chippa informed us that they couldn't deliver the alpine huts because the huts were stolen during transit. The following day they told us the goods were seized. 5 hours before the event starts (5:00am) a contractor showed up and left 3 huts because the gates were very narrow for the lorry and they didn't have the time to unload 15 huts. Please note that no site visit took place prior to the event as the contract stated.
If you respect your money, yourself and your event.....NEVER NEVER USE!!!!
Chippa is an agency not a supplier and afterwards i found out that they have a reputation of overbooking during the busy holiday period to gain additional revenue. More...
