I went to see John for acupuncture treatment for asthma, insomnia and anxiety. I was amazed and delighted that even after my first appointment, I started to feel a lot better and 4 visits on my symptoms have just about disappeared After using asthma inhalers twice a day for the last couple of years, I now only need them about 4 or 5 days a month. Years of insomnia and bedtime anxiety plus the resulting daytime tiredness, have been dramatically improved. I don't get anxious or dread going to bed any more for fear or lying awake half the night. The quality of my sleep has improved and I "drop off" within minutes of my head hitting the pillow. John is a very skilled practitioner, easy to get on with and immediately puts you at your ease. I have suffered with lower back pain for many years, and since I have started acupuncture at the Chinese Acupuncture Clinic it has really helped me, making my pain much more manageable, and for some periods even pain free. I received the warmest of welcomes from Bryony. I found her easy to talk to about the issues I was experiencing which made me feel more at ease. I have seen results from the treatment I have been receiving to help me kick the nicotine habit and that was within one session. I can see improvements in other areas too and feel more positive about the journey. I came to see Bing last Saturday after moving house two weeks before and pulling something in my back. I was in agony and had never tried accupuncture before. When I arrived Bing made me feel very welcome, and explained exactly what she would be doing. She also gave me lots of informative and interesting information. When we'd finished, around 5 days later 90% of my pain had gone. I went back yesterday for another session and today i feel 100% better. I have no pain and feel human again.
